BILOTINE-20 contains Bilastine 20mg, an antihistamine used for the relief of allergy symptoms including sneezing, runny nose, itching, watery eyes and hives.
It is used to relieve symptoms of allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis and hives.
It may cause drowsiness in some people, although it is generally considered less sedating than some older antihistamines.

Follow the prescribed dosage. Bilastine is generally taken on an empty stomach; avoid taking it with grapefruit juice or fruit juice around the time of the dose unless advised otherwise.
Headache, drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue or nausea may occur.
