WELPANTO is a parenteral Pantoprazole 40 mg formulation designed for effective suppression of gastric acid in appropriate clinical settings. It is positioned for patients requiring injectable management of GERD, acid-peptic disorders and other clinically indicated acid-mediated gastrointestinal conditions, particularly when oral treatment is unsuitable. Its hospital-friendly presentation makes it a dependable component of a PCD Pharma Gastro Injectable portfolio.

Acid-related gastrointestinal conditions requiring injectable proton-pump inhibitor treatment.

It may be considered when oral administration is not practical or clinically appropriate.

Acid suppression begins quickly, but complete symptom improvement depends on the underlying disease and treatment duration.

Administer only according to the prescribed dose and appropriate injectable route by qualified professionals. Review the need for continued parenteral therapy and transition to oral treatment when appropriate. Inform the physician about liver disease, long-term acid suppression or interacting medicines. Persistent or recurrent symptoms should be clinically evaluated rather than managed indefinitely without diagnosis.

Headache, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, dizziness and injection-site reactions may occur. Most reactions are mild and transient. With prolonged therapy, clinically relevant concerns such as low magnesium, Vitamin B12 deficiency or other nutrient-related effects may occur in susceptible individuals. Serious allergic reactions are uncommon but require urgent medical attention if swelling, breathing difficulty or widespread rash develops.

WELPANTO: Pantoprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor that irreversibly inhibits the gastric H⁺/K⁺-ATPase proton pump located in gastric parietal cells. By blocking this final pathway of acid secretion, it produces strong and sustained reduction in gastric acid production. Injectable therapy provides reliable acid suppression when oral medication cannot be administered or when parenteral treatment is considered clinically appropriate for the patient’s gastrointestinal condition.
