WELEVO-250 contains Levofloxacin 250mg, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used for the treatment of susceptible bacterial infections, including certain respiratory, urinary, skin and other bacterial infections.
It is used for susceptible bacterial infections when prescribed.
It may generally be taken with or without food as directed.
Take strictly in the prescribed dose and complete the full course. May be taken with or without food. Avoid taking with milk or dairy products close to the dose. Use cautiously in kidney disease as dose adjustment may be required. Discontinue and consult your doctor if severe tendon pain, numbness, tingling or allergic reactions occur.
Headache, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, insomnia, rash, itching, hives and increased sweating may occur.
